If you’re a Caltech or JPL gym member, I also provide training sessions at the Braun Athletic Center. Learn how to get the most out of your workouts — from dumbbells and TRX to pulley machines and more — with a program designed specifically for your needs.

Core stabilization exercises to build strength from the inside out
Leg and ankle strengthening to improve stability
Functional movements for everyday confidence (getting up from a chair, navigating stairs, etc.)

Dorothy Waterman is a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and balance specialist with over 30 years of experience helping clients build strength, balance, and confidence. She specializes in working with older adults and those recovering from surgery, empowering every client to live strong, healthy, and built to last.
